摘要
为顺利开展西藏拉洛水利枢纽工程建设和及时开展移民征地工作,分析了拉洛水利枢纽的施工场地条件,根据分散与集中相结合的施工布置总体思路,通过不同方案比选,确定了场内交通、施工区、料场、弃渣场等规划方案。工程实施结果表明:施工总布置设计方案合理,符合工程现场实际。该施工总布置思路可供高寒高海拔地区其他类似工程参考。
In order to promote the construction and the land acquisition work of resettlement for Laluo Hydro Project in Tibet, the sites condition for the Laluo Hydro Project construction is analyzed.Based on the general concept of combination of scatter and concentration, different schemes are compared, and the scheme is designed for inside transportation, construction area, materials area, spoil area, etc.The implementation results show that: the general layout of the construction is reasonable, and meets the requirement of the project construction.These results can provide a reference for the construction of the projects in high altitude and cold areas.
