炉前冶炼快速准确检测钢中氢氧氮含量的探索

摘要 介绍了炉前冶炼分析钢中氢、氧、氮(H、O、N)含量的现状,指出了分析及时性与准确性的难点与痛点,针对大型铸锻件炉前冶炼过程中H、O、N元素快速分析的迫切需求,从取样、制样、分析过程等方面进行了考虑、设计了相关试验,并对试验结果进行了分析与评价,最终形成了炉前快速准确分析H、O、N的操作方案,可为冶炼工艺气体控制提供快速有效支撑。 The present situation of hydrogen,oxygen and nitrogen(H,O,N)content in steel in pre-furnace smelting analysis has been introduced,and the difficulties and pain points of analysis timeliness and accuracy have been pointed out.For the urgent need for rapid analysis of H,O,N elements in large casting and forging during pre-furnace smelting,the relevant tests have been considered and designed from the aspects of sampling,sample preparation,and analysis process,and the relevant tests results have been analyzed and evaluated.Finally,an operation plan for pre-furnace quick and accurate analysis of H,O,and N has been formed,which can provide fast and effective support for smelting process gas control.
