氧氮分析仪功率对非调制钢中氮含量检测结果的影响 被引量:3

摘要 特钢行业在冶炼非调制钢时,需要根据钢种的要求在冶炼过程中按要求调整氮含量。氮是一种形成稳定奥氏体能力很强的元素,可在不降低塑性的前提下提高钢的硬度、强度和耐腐蚀性。氮与铬、钨、钼等元素形成弥散稳定的氮化物后,将提高钢的蠕变和持久强度,随着氮含量的增加,可使钢材的强度显著提高[1,2]。依据惰性气体熔融热导法,使用ON-3000氧氮仪对冶炼过程中氮含量进行分析,通过不同分析条件下测定结果对比,得出功率的变化对分析结果稳定性的影响,依据统计数据,在一定功率时,仪器数据具有良好的重现性[3]。 When smelting non-modulated steel in special steel industry,the nitrogen content is adjusted according to the requirements of steel type.After nitrogen forms dispersed and stable nitride with chromium,tungsten,molybdenum and other elements,the creep and lasting strength of steel can be improved.With the increase of nitrogen content,the strength of steel can be significantly improved.ON-3000 oxygen and nitrogen meter is used to analyze the nitrogen content in the smelting process.Through comparison of the determination results under different analysis conditions,the influence of power change on stability of the analysis results is obtained.According to the statistical data,the instrument data has good reproducibility at a certain power.
