摘要
本文分析未来新型海上作战概念对作战要素灵活重组的需求以及任务能力包的概念,结合海上作战的特点,建立基本作战任务集、作战任务能力需求集和装备能力集,提出三层结构的组合能力包构建方式和面向作战任务的能力包构建算法。上述算法可通过计算机辅助实现,可以有效提升作战资源重组的效率,推进海上作战体系有效适应未来智能化海上作战需求。
It is analyzed that operational elements are required to be flexibly reformed for new warfare concept,then the concept of mission capability package is analyzed.According to the characteristics of naval operation,the basic operational mission set and its capability requirements set,and the capability set of equipment are constructed.Then the constructing method of three-leveled combining capability packet,the constructing algrithm of basic mission capability packet and the applying algrithm of specified mission capability packet are proposed,which can be translated to computer process.It is effective to improve the efficiency of operational assets,which will effectively promote naval operational system to adapt to the requirement of future intelligent naval operation.
