摘要
糖尿病心肌病(DCM)是糖尿病主要的心血管并发症之一,主要表现为心室舒张和(或)收缩功能障碍。目前的研究表明,DCM中的钙离子(Ca^(2+))代谢存在多种异常,心肌细胞内Ca^(2+)信号的改变是DCM的标志。本文就Ca^(2+)参与DCM发生发展过程的研究进展进行综述。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is one of the major cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus,mainly manifested as ventricular diastolic and/or systolic dysfunction.Current studies have shown that there are various abnormalities in calcium(Ca^(2+))metabolism in DCM,and changes in intracellular Ca^(2+)signaling in cardiomyocytes are the hallmark of DCM.This article reviews the research progress of Ca^(2+)involvement in the development of DCM.
