摘要
糖尿病心肌病是一个日益严重的公共健康问题,患者心脏会出现功能和结构的改变。心脏中钾通道、钠通道、钙通道及TRPM7通道与该疾病息息相关,本综述分析了相关心脏离子通道,以了解其在糖尿病心肌病的病理生理和发病机制中的潜在作用。
Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a serious public health problem,which patients′hearts will change in function and structure.The potassium channel,sodium channel,calcium channel and TRPM7 channel in the heart are closely related to the disease,and this review analyzed the relevant heart ion channels to understand their potential role in the pathophysiology and pathogenesis of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
