摘要
目的探讨经腹超声引导下穿刺介入治疗盆腔囊肿的临床疗效。方法选取50例盆腔囊肿患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将患者分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。研究组采用经腹超声引导下穿刺介入治疗,对照组采用常规开腹手术治疗。比较两组手术相关指标、术后复发、并发症发生情况及术后疼痛程度。结果研究组术中出血量少于对照组,术后下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后均复发各1例。研究组术后异常发生率为4.0%低于对照组的24.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1、7 d,研究组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盆腔囊肿患者经腹部超声引导下穿刺介入手术治疗,总体治疗效果优于开腹手术,可促进术后恢复,降低术后异常风险。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of transabdominal ultrasound-guided puncture interventional treatment of pelvic cyst.Methods A total of 50 patients with pelvic cyst were selected as the research object.The patients were divided into the study group and the control group combined with the treatment methods,25 cases in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with transabdominal ultrasound-guided puncture,while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional laparotomy.Surgery-related indexes,postoperative abnormalities and postoperative pain scores were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the ambulation time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperative recurrence occurred in 1 case in each group.The incidence of postoperative abnormalities in the study group was 4.0%lower than 24.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On postoperative day 1 and 7,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall therapeutic effect of abdominal ultrasound-guided puncture interventional surgery for patients with pelvic cyst is better than that of open surgery,which can promote postoperative recovery and reduce the risk of postoperative abnormalities.
