悬吊训练对男子花样滑冰运动员体成分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 运动员体成分特征是影响其机体机能、素质及运动能力的重要因素.为了研究悬吊训练对男子花样滑冰运动员体成分的影响,将32名男子花样滑冰运动员分成实验组和对照组,实验组花样滑冰运动员进行为期8周的悬吊训练实验,对照组不进行悬吊训练,其他常规训练内容两组完全相同.结果显示:经过8周悬吊训练,实验组花样滑冰运动员体成分中瘦体质量、肌肉量、四肢肌肉量均显著增加(P<0.05),体脂率、体脂量、内脏脂肪量、四肢脂肪量均显著下降(P<0.05),肌肉、脂肪的变化在四肢、内脏均有体现;对照组花样滑冰运动员体成分各项指标实验前后无显著差异(P>0.05).研究表明:实验所采用的悬吊训练方式可以显著改善花样滑冰运动员体成分状况,对提高花样滑冰运动员机体机能、素质及运动能力有积极作用. The characteristics of athletes’ body composition are important factors affecting their body function,quality and sports ability. In order to study the effect of suspension training on the body composition of male figure skaters, 32 male figure skaters are divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group of figure skaters carry out suspension training experiment for 8 weeks, while the control group does not carry out suspension training. The other routine training contents of the two groups are identical. The results show that after 8 weeks of suspension training, the lean body mass, muscle mass and limb muscle mass of the figure skaters in the experimental group are significantly increased(P<0.05), and the body fat rate, body fat mass, visceral fat mass and limb fat mass are significantly decreased(P<0.05). The changes of muscle and fat are reflected in the limbs and viscera;There is no significant difference in the body composition of the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05). The research shows that the suspension training method adopted in the experiment can significantly improve the body composition of figure skaters, and play a positive role in improving the body function, quality and sports ability of figure skaters.
