摘要
本研究以自制的蓝色水溶性荧光粉为功能成分,去离子水为主要溶剂,通过正交实验和单因素实验法研究了蓝色隐形荧光墨水的配方,并探讨蓝色水溶性荧光粉用量、防腐剂种类对墨水性能的影响,最终确定最优配方为三乙醇胺∶吐温20∶丙三醇∶PEG400∶荧光粉∶DF∶去离子水=0.2%∶0.8%∶8.2%∶8.2%∶0.8%∶0.4%∶81.4%。该墨水的电导率为1.52ms·cm^(-1),pH值为8.45,表面张力为35.63mN·m^(-1),黏度为2.15mPa·s,满足喷墨打印机用墨水的行业标准要求,并对其进行打印测试,发现线条、色块、字体打印清晰,隐蔽性好,在365nm的紫外光灯照射下荧光亮度高,具有良好的防伪效果。
In this study, with the homemade blue water-soluble phosphor as the functional component and deionized water as the main solvent, the formula of blue invisible fluorescent ink was studied by orthogonal experiment and univariate experiment. The influence of blue water-soluble phosphor dosage and type of preservative on ink performance was discussed. The result showed that the optimal formula was triethanolamine∶Tween 20∶propantriol∶PEG400∶phosphor∶DF∶deionized water =0.2%∶0.8%∶8.2%∶8.2%∶0.8%∶0.4%∶81.4%. The electrical conductivity of ink was 1.52ms·cm^(-1), pH value was 8.45, surface tension was 35.63mN·m^(-1), the viscosity of ink was 2.15mPa·s, it could meet the ink industry standard requirements of the inkjet printer. By the printing test, it was found that the lines,color blocks, words were printed clearly with good concealment, and the fluorescence intensity was high under the 365nm ultraviolet light, with good anti-counterfeiting effect.
