摘要
为了获得发光性能优良的荧光喷墨油墨,采用不同溶剂,改变树脂及荧光粉用量制备荧光喷墨油墨样品,并用pH值调节剂调节体系的pH值,用荧光光谱仪测试了油墨样品的荧光发光强度。实验结果表明,溶剂种类及树脂、荧光粉、pH值调节剂的用量均影响油墨样品的荧光发光强度,使用丙二醇甲醚丙酸酯为溶剂,且树脂、荧光粉、pH值调节剂的用量分别为5%、0.75%,0.2%时,发光强度达到最大。
In order to obtain fluorescent inkjet ink with excellent luminescence property,different types of solvents and different contents of resin and phosphor had been used to prepare the fluorescent inkjet ink.The pH regulator had been applied to adjust pH value of inkjet ink sample,the fluorescence luminous intensity of this inkjet ink system was tested by fluorescence spectrophotometer.The results indicated that fluorescence luminous intensity of inkjet ink was influenced by the different kinds of solvents,as well as the content of resin,phosphor and pH regulator.The fluorescence luminous intensity reached the maximum value when the propylene glycol methyl ether propionate was used as the solvent and the quantity of resin,phosphor and pH regulator was 5%,0.75%,0.2% respectively.
