超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定土壤中8种农药残留

Determination of Eight Kinds of Pesticide Residues in Soil by Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography-tandem Mass Spectrometry

摘要 [目的]建立土壤中8种农药残留的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析法。[方法]土壤样品采用0.1%甲酸-乙腈溶液超声提取,PSA/C_(18)吸附剂或PEP小柱净化后,以乙腈和0.1%甲酸水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱分离,在多反应监测模式下进行定性定量分析。[结果]8种农药在0.1~100.0μg/L线性关系良好(R^(2)≥0.995),方法的加标回收率在82.4%~109.0%,RSD在0.709%~2.740%,方法检出限为0.1μg/kg。[结论]该方法快速、高效、准确、灵敏度高,可用于土壤中8种农药残留量的同时测定。 [Objective]To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the analysis of eight pesticide residues in soil.[Method]The soil samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with 0.1%formate-acetonitrile solution,purified by PSA/C_(18) or PEP solid phase extraction column.The compounds were separated by gradient elution with acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid water as mobile phases on ACQUITY UPLC BEH C_(18) column.Qualitative and quantitative analysis was performed in multiple reaction monitoring mode(MRM).[Result]The eight pesticides had a good linear relationship between 0.1 and 100.0μg/L(R^(2)≥0.995).The recovery rates of the methods were 82.4%-109.0%,and the RSDs were 0.709%-2.740%.The detection limit of the method was 0.1μg/kg.[Conclusion]This method is rapid,efficient,accurate and high sensitivity,and can be used for simultaneous determination of 8 pesticide residues in soil.
