摘要
工匠精神体现的精益求精、专注创新等品质与应用型高校人才培养内涵一致。弘扬“工匠精神”是应用型高校加快落实立德树人根本任务、全面提高人才培养质量和水平的重要途径。文章深入挖掘新时代“工匠精神”内涵要义,结合应用型高校人才培养的特点,有效厘清工匠精神弘扬与应用型人才培养的内在联系,重点阐释工匠精神融入应用型高校人才培养现实价值,明确提出工匠精神培育应贯穿应用型高校人才培养全过程,助力应用型高校全面提升人才培养质量和能力。
The key qualities of craftsmanship such as keep pursuing the perfection and focusing on innovation are in accord with the connotation of talents training in application-oriented universities.Promoting craftsmanship is an important way in practicing the main task of morality nurturing and elevating the quality of talents training.Uniting the characteristics of talents training in application-oriented universities and excavating the connotation of craftsmanship,the text clarifies the inner links of craftsmanship promoting and applied talents training.Interpreting the realistic value of craftsmanship fostering in application-oriented universities,this text proposes the importance of craftsmanship fostering in the whole process of talents training in applied-orientated universities.
