摘要
新时代,高职院校承担着培养高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠的重任,着力为社会输送具有工匠精神的优秀技能人才。通过对目前高职院校工科学生工匠精神培育面临的难点进行分析与梳理,提出要创新人才培养模式、丰富技能提升平台、拓展素质养成方式,以培育高职院校工科学生的工匠精神。
In the new era,higher vocational colleges undertake the important task of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents,skilled craftsmen,and craftsmen of great powers,and strive to deliver excellent skilled talents with craftsman spirit to the society.By analyzing and sorting out the difficulties in cultivating the craftsman spirit of engineering students in higher vocational colleges,it puts forward that we should innovate the talent training mode,enrich the skill enhancement platform,and expand the quality cultivation mode to cultivate the craftsman spirit of engineering students in higher vocational colleges.
