摘要
肺络是络脉系统的一个分支,也是经络系统的重要组成部分。笔者通过查阅古代文献,结合现代研究发现,肺络包括循行于体表的肺经之阳络和联络本脏的肺脏之阴络。肺经之阳络位置表浅,主要联络机体表里内外,肺脏之阴络位置较深,对肺发挥其生理功能起着至关重要的作用,两者密不可分,相辅相成,临床研究大多是针对在表的肺经之阳络,而对于在里的肺脏之阴络却少有研究。并通过对查阅的文献进行分析、整理,重点从肺络的概念、组成、生理功能、发病机制和治疗等方面进行论述,发现目前对肺络的研究较为广泛,但多是将肺络理论与临床肺系病症结合,且重点介绍的是临床病症,对肺络理论介绍较少。
Lung collateral is a branch of the collateral system and an important part of the meridian system.By reviewing ancient documents and modern researches,it is found that Lung collateral includes Yang collateral of Lung meridian running on the body surface and Yin collateral of Lung that connect the body.Yang collateral of Lung meridian is superficially located,mainly connecting inside and outside of the body,and Yin collateral Lung is deeper,which plays a vital role in physiological functions of Lung.The two are inseparable and complement each other.Most clinical studies are focusing on Yang collateral of Lung meridian on the surface,but little research has been done on Yin collateral of Lung inside.This study analyzed and sorted out the referenced literature,focusing on concept,composition,physiological function,pathogenesis,treatment and other aspects of Lung collateral.The study found that the theory of Lung collateral is mainly associated with clinical Lung diseases,and the introduction of the latter was more than of the former.
