砷对秀丽隐杆线虫毒理机制的研究进展

摘要 秀丽隐杆线虫因其个体微小、生活史短、培养简单、遗传背景清楚、主要信号传导途径与哺乳类同源等特点,被广泛用作模式生物进行生命科学研究。砷作为一种类金属元素,在自然界中分布很广,是环境中常见的致癌污染物之一,因为它的理化性质与其他重金属有许多相似之处,故在环境化学和毒理学领域将其归入重金属研究范畴。本文综述了秀丽隐杆线虫砷中毒的毒理机制,以期为相关研究人员提供一定的参考。 Because of the characteristics of C. elegans, such as small size, short lifespan, easy to cultivate, clear genetic background and the main signal pathway homologous to the mammalian, they are widely used as a model organism for life science research. Arsenic as a kind of metal elements is one of the common and serious cancer-causing pollutants in the environment which widely distributed in nature. Because of its physical and chemical properties,arsenic is classified as heavy metal research in the field of environmental chemistry and toxicology. In this paper, the mechanism of arsenic toxicology in C. elegans is reviewed, in order to provide some reference for relevant researchers.
