男性2型糖尿病患者血清睾酮和游离脂肪酸水平变化及意义探讨 被引量:1

Changes and Significance of Serum Testosterone and Free Fatty Acid Levels in Male Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的:探讨男性2型糖尿病患者血清睾酮(T)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平变化及意义。方法:纳入2021-01-2021-12武汉大学人民医院体检中心健康男性109例(对照组)和内分泌科男性T2DM患者134例(T2DM组)。采用液相串联质谱-色谱技术(LC/MS-MS)检测所有对象血清中T水平,采用西门子ADIVA2400分析仪检测FFA及血糖、血脂等相关指标,分析两组间以上指标水平的差异。Logistic回归分析T和FFA与T2DM风险之间的关系。结果:T2DM组血清T水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),而血清FFA水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析显示,在充分调整协变量后,血清T与T2DM风险呈负相关[OR及95%CI:0.369(0.254,0.536),P<0.01],FFA与T2DM风险呈正相关[OR及95%CI:5.554(1.612,19.138),P<0.01]。结论:男性T2DM患者血清T水平降低,与T2DM风险呈负相关,血清FFA水平升高,与T2DM风险呈正相关。 Objective:To explore the changes and significance of serum testosterone(T)and free fatty acid(FFA)levels in male patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Method:109 healthy men(control group)and 134 T2DM men(T2DM group)were included from January to December 2021.T levels in serum of all subjects were detected by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC/MS-MS).Siemens ADIVA2400 analyzer was used to detect FFA,blood glucose,blood lipid and other related indexes,and the difference of the above indexes between the two groups were then analyzed.Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the relationship between T and FFA and the occurrence of T2DM.Results:The serum T level of T2DM group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01),while the serum FFA level was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After fully adjusting for covariates,logistic regression analysis showed that serum T was negatively correlated with the risk of T2DM[OR and 95%CI:0.369(0.254,0.536),P<0.01],and FFA was positively correlated with the risk of T2DM[OR and 95%CI:5.554(1.612,19.138),P<0.01].Conclusion:Serum T levels may be negatively correlated with T2DM risk,while serum FFA may be positively correlated with T2DM risk.
