摘要
胰岛素信号转导通路的正常运行在胰岛素生理作用下发挥重要的作用,炎性细胞因子等干扰胰岛素正常信号转导通路,激活胰岛素抵抗信号转导通路,导致胰岛抵抗并发生2型糖尿病。该文参阅国内外文献,对近年来2型糖尿病胰岛素与胰岛素抵抗信号转导通路进行综述和评价。
