结合一流本科专业建设培养应用型国际营销人才的探索——基于上海应用技术大学建设一流市场营销本科专业的思考 被引量:1

摘要 当前国内企业对国际营销人才的需求出现新变化,应用型国际营销人才需求数量大幅增加,专业要求越来越高。上海应用技术大学结合一流市场营销本科专业建设,对如何培养适应市场需求的应用型国际营销人才进行探索,提出可以通过进一步提升课程设置的针对性、加强教学模式的创新、将一流本科专业建设和国际营销资格认证有效衔接,深化企教融合,强化服务实效,来实现应用型国际营销人才的培养。 It has become an important research issue for university marketing majors that cultivating applied international marketing talents who adapt to the"One Belt and One Road"strategy and the full opening of China's economy by combining the building of first-class undergraduate majors.At present,the demand for international marketing talents of domestic enterprises has changed,the demand for applied international marketing talents has increased significantly,and the professional requirements are getting higher and higher.International appliedmarketing talents require to be good at deeply developing international markets,be familiar with and actively participate in the formulation of international business rules,with excellent personal psychological quality;Therefore,combined with first-class undergraduate professional construction to train applied international marketing talents to meet market demand,it is necessary to further improve the relevance of curriculum,strengthen the innovation of teaching model,interface effectively the first-class undergraduate professional construction and Sales&Marketing Executives International,deepen the integration of enterprises and education and strengthen service effectiveness.
