摘要
通过分析输电线路工程的特点,将输电线路工程每个生命周期中的危险因素定位到“人、机、物、法、环”几个维度,形成一套可发展成流程化、大数据化、信息化方向的软件产品,指导衍变成输电线路工程安全危险管理的方法,希望以此全面、有效辨识安全危险因素、并对危险因素采取行之有效的风险分级管控措施,有效提升输电线路工程的安全性,减少安全生产建设事故发生的概率。
By analyzing the characteristics of the transmission line project,the risk factors in each life cycle of the transmission line project are positioned to the dimensions of"human,machine,material,law,and environment",forming a set of software products that can be developed into a process,big data,and information oriented direction,guiding the evolution into a method of transmission line project safety risk management,hoping to comprehensively and effectively identify safety risk factors effective risk grading management and control measures shall be taken for the risk factors to effectively improve the safety of the transmission line project and reduce the probability of safety production and construction accidents.
