摘要
铅笔硬度测试法是测量涂层硬度的常用方法,具有快速、经济等优点,但手动铅笔硬度计在测试过程中受人为因素影响,使得测试结果重复性差。本文介绍了一种电动铅笔硬度计,以汽车漆喷漆试板为试样,分别用电动铅笔硬度计与手动铅笔硬度计进行测试,对比了2种测试方法的准确性、重复性,并考察了影响硬度测试结果的相关因素。结果表明:电动铅笔硬度计在保证测试过程匀速、力恒定等方面,具有手动铅笔硬度计无法比拟的优势,灵敏度更高,所测结果准确性、重复性更好,且自动化测试效率更高。
The hardness of coating was an important index to measure the mechanical properties of coating.The pencil hardness test method had the advantages of speed and economy,so it was widely used in the coating industry.This paper introduced the working principle of an electric pencil hardness tester and the difference between it and the traditional manual pencil hardness tester.Taking the automotive paint plate as the sample,the electric pencil hardness tester and the manual pencil hardness tester were tested respectively.The accuracy and repeatability of the two test methods were compared,and the factors affecting the results were investigated.The results showed that the electric pencil hardness tester had incomparable advantages over the manual pencil hardness tester in terms of ensuring uniform speed and constant force in the testing process,with higher sensitivity and better accuracy of the measured results,and the automatic testing made it more efficient.
