摘要
为了获取高倍拉伸,制备高强高模尼龙6纤维,考察了不同溶剂中加入CaCl2、LiCl、硼酸三甲酯、三丁酯络合剂对尼龙6低物质的量比的局部络合反应的影响,并利用XRD、DSC、FTIR方法对络合情况进行了分析.结果表明:以甲酸为溶剂、以CaCl2为络合剂可以制成低物质的量比的局部络合物,该络合物可以用乙醚很方便地沉淀成形而不发生解络合.实验表明通过在拉伸前调节络合剂和尼龙6的物质的量比,部分屏蔽尼龙6中的氢键使其能够进行有效地高倍拉伸,并在拉伸取向后恢复其氢键也是可行的.
In order to improve drawing ratio and tenacity of nylon 6 fiber, the hydrogen bonds between nylon molecules were shielded in the research and the partial complex behavior of CaCl2, Li- Cl and borate esters with nylon 6 with low mole ration in different kinds of solvent was explored. XRD, DSC and FTIR were used to analysize the complex efficiency and crystalline property. Results showed that partial complex polymer could be obtained by CaCl2/nylon 6 in formic acid, and the polymer could easily be precipitated by ether without decomplexation, which indicated that hydrogen bond of nylon 6 could be partial shielded and the drawing ratio could be availably taken through adjustment of the mole ratio of complexing agent and nylon 6. It is proved to be available that shielding hydrogen bond partly to get high intensity and modulus nylon 6 by adjusting the ratio of nylon 6 and complex agent before drawing, and restoring the hydrogen bond after drawing.
