摘要
文章介绍了一种基于还原型氧化石墨烯(rGO)/聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的电阻式柔性压力传感器,提出了一种制备柔性压力传感器的新方法,并研究了rGO浓度对该传感器灵敏度的影响。结果表明,该柔性压力传感器具有较高的灵敏度,当rGO掺杂量为4%时,灵敏度最大可达到76.321 kPa^(-1),可用于监测人体关节弯曲程度和手腕中的脉搏运动。该电阻式柔性压力传感器制造成本低,灵敏且耐用,在机器人皮肤和智能穿戴领域具有广泛的应用前景。
A flexible resistive pressure sensor based on rGO/PDMS is introduced in this paper.And a new method for preparing flexible pressure sensors is proposed;the influence of graphene concentration on the sensitivity of the sensor is studied.The results show that the flexible pressure sensor has high sensitivity.When the graphene doping amount is 4wt%,the sensitivity reaches the maximum value of 76.321 kPa^(-1).It can be used to detect the degree of bending of human joints and the pulse movement in the wrist.The resistive flexible pressure sensor is expected to have broad application prospects in the field of robot skin and smart wear due to its low manufacturing cost,high sensitivity,and durability.
