EO/EG装置循环气放空系统火炬可行性研究

摘要 通过分析主流环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置专利商的工艺,对环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置正常停车检修时工艺循环气处理措施进行对比,结果表明,目前各装置没有完整的解决方案,均直接排向大气。本文以SD工艺为例,针对短时间内,3000~4000kg/h的非甲烷总烃及VOC直接放空大气的问题提出了相应的解决措施,对循环气单元的流程进行优化。采用HAZOP、LOPA及ETA对该风险分析和评估,结果表明,优化后环氧乙烷/乙二醇装置,将正常停车期间的循环气通过管线放空至界区火炬,实行了环保与安全生产的双赢,同时提高了行业竞争力。 By analyzing the processes of the mainstream ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol plant patent vendors,the treatment measures for the process circulating gas during the normal shutdown and maintenance of the ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol plant are compared.The results show that there is no complete solution for each plant at present.Those plant are directly discharged to the atmosphere.Taking the SD process as an example,this paper proposes corresponding solutions to the problem of direct venting of non-methane total hydrocarbons and VOCs of 3000 kg/h to 4000 kg/h to the atmosphere in a short period of time,and optimizes the process of the circulating gas unit.HAZOP,LOPA and ETA are used to analyze and evaluate the risk.The results show that the optimized ethylene oxide/ethylene glycol unit discharges the circulating gas during normal shutdown to the fare sack system through the pipeline,and implements environmental protection and safe production.A win-win situation,while improving the competitiveness of the industry.
