摘要
膝过伸(Genu Recurvatum,GR)作为卒中后常见功能障碍,其发病机制尚未明确,但随着现代研究的不断深入,许多潜在的致病机制渐被发掘,因其机制的复杂性,出现了较为繁杂的治疗措施。中医药为卒中后GR的治疗提供了数项方案,涵盖了针刺、电针、穴位注射、推拿等,并显示出了确切的临床效益。通过检索各大数据库,现将近年来中医外治法治疗卒中后GR的临床文献进行综述,总结各疗法应用规律及其优势,并根据中医理论提出潜在的治疗方案,以期为卒中后GR的中医药治疗提供新思路。
The pathogenesis of genu recurvatum(GR),as a common dysfunction after stroke,has not yet been clarified.However,with the deepening of modern research,many potential pathogenic mechanisms have been explored.Due to the complexity of the mechanism,more treatment measures have emerged.TCM has provided several external therapies for the treatment of post-stroke GR,which cover acupuncture,electropuncture,acupoint injection and massage,etc.and demonstrated exact clinical benefits.In this paper,by retrieving major databases,the author reviews the clinical literature on the TCM external treatment of post-stroke genu recurvatum in recent years,sums up the application rules and advantages of each therapy,and comes up with potential therapeutic regimens according to TCM theories,with a view to provide new ideas for TCM treatment of post-stroke GR.
