摘要
目的:挖掘现代文献和发明专利中运用中药进行空气消毒的处方规律。方法:检索CNKI、VIP、Sinomed、Wanfang数据库中运用中药进行空气消毒的相关文献和国家知识产权局中国专利公布公告中相关发明专利,运用频次分析、关联规则分析、聚类分析等数据挖掘技术分析中药空气消毒处方的用药规律。结果:共纳入49篇文献、65项发明专利,涉及中药组方117首、中药190味,累计频次789次。其中,使用频次≥10的中药有20味,累计使用频次446次(56.53%),高频中药的功效分类以清热药为主,四气以温性为主,五味以辛味为主,归经以肺、胃经为主;中药空气消毒处方经关联规则分析得到核心中药组合9组,经系统聚类分析得到中药聚类组合4类。结论:借助数据挖掘技术对近40年来中药空气消毒处方的规律进行分析,可为临床空气消毒或新型中药空气消毒制剂的研发提供一定参考。
Objective:To explore the prescription patterns of air disinfection using traditional Chinese medicine in modern literature and invention patents.Methods:To search the literature on air disinfection using CNKI,VIP,Sinomed,Wanfang databases and related invention patents in the Chinese Patent Publication Notice of State Intellectual Property Office,and to analyze the prescription patterns of traditional Chinese medicine using data mining techniques such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis.The data mining techniques such as frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze the dosing patterns of air disinfection prescriptions.Results:A total of 49 literature articles and 65 invention patents were included,involving 117 Chinese medicine formulas and 190 Chinese medicines,with a cumulative frequency of 789 times.Among them,20 herbal medicines were used≥10 times,with a cumulative frequency of 446 times(56.53%).The high-frequency core herbal medicines were mainly classified as heat-clearing medicines,The four gases are mainly warm,the five flavors are mainly pungent,and the meridians are mainly lung and stomach.Conclusions:The analysis of the patterns of Chinese herbal air disinfection prescriptions in the past 40 years with the help of data mining technology can provide some reference for clinical air disinfection or the development of new Chinese herbal air disinfection preparations.
