摘要
目的 探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼的影响因素。方法 2021年1—12月应用一般资料调查问卷、心理弹性量表、领悟社会支持量表、社交回避及苦恼量表对98例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行调查,脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼的影响因素采用多元线性回归分析。结果 本组脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼评分为19.72±3.78分。经多元线性回归分析可知,患者年龄、对他人依赖程度、家庭成员关系、心理弹性总评分、社会支持总评分是脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 脑卒中偏瘫患者社交回避及苦恼受多因素影响,护士应对患者加强心理指导及社会支持,并指导家属为患者营造良好的家庭氛围,以促进患者更好地回归社会。
Objective To explore the influencing factors of social avoidance and distress in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 98 patients with stroke hemiplegia from January to December 2021, were investigated with general data questionnaire, resilience scale, perceived social support scale, social avoidance and distress scale. The influencing factors of social avoidance and distress of stroke hemiplegia patients were analyzed by multiple linear regression. Results The scores of social avoidance and distress in stroke patients with hemiplegia were 19.72±3.78 points. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the age, dependence on others,family relationship, total score of resilience, and total score of social support were the influencing factors of social avoidance and distress in stroke patients with hemiplegia(P<0.05). Conclusion Social avoidance and distress of stroke patients with hemiplegia are af fected by many factors. Nurses should strengthen psychological guidance and social support for patients, and guide their families to create a good family atmosphere for patients, so as to promote patients to return to society better.
