摘要
电子表决系统在进行重大事项投票表决中,需要保证“稳妥可靠、万无一失”。通过分析电子表决系统的真实使用工况,根据GJB 899A—2009《可靠性鉴定和验收试验》制订可靠性试验条件和剖面,为电子表决系统的可靠性评估提供了量化指标,为今后建立并健全电子表决系统的可靠性评审制度提供了参考。
The electronic voting system needs to be perfectly safe and reliable when voting on major issues.By analyzing the actual working conditions of the electronic voting system,the reliability test conditions and profiles are formulated according to GJB 899A—2009“Reliability testing for qualification and product acceptance”,which provides quantitative indicators for the reliability evaluation of electronic voting system and a reference for establishing and improving the reliability evaluation system of electronic voting system in the future.
