机载产品可靠性鉴定试验定时截尾统计方案设计

摘要 基于GJB 899A—2009《可靠性鉴定和验收试验》,以抽样检验原理为基础,对可靠性鉴定试验的原理和方法进行工程化处理,设计科学合理的机载产品可靠性鉴定试验定时截尾统计方案:评估可靠性指标,确定技术状态,体现设计和制造水平,获得接收判决平均故障间隔时间(MTBF)真值的观测值和验证区间;揭示接收概率与MTBF真值的关系,验证其在设计定型阶段达到规定的可靠性要求,为机载产品批准定型提供决策性依据。 Based on GJB 899A—2009“Reliability Qualification and Acceptance Test”and the principle of sampling inspection,this study has carried out engineering treatment on the principle and method of reliability qualification test,designed a scientific and reasonable statistical scheme of timing truncation in reliability qualification test of airborne products,evaluated the reliability index,determined the technical state,reflected the design and manufacturing level,and obtained the observed value and verification interval of the true value of mean time between failures(MTBF)of receiving judgment.The relationship between the receiving probability and the true value of MTBF is revealed,and it is verified that the specified reliability requirements are met in the design and finalization stage,which provides a decision-making basis for the approval and finalization of airborne products.
