摘要
针对预测与真实寿命吻合程度低、预测性能差的问题,提出平台式消毒灭菌挂车疲劳寿命自动化预测系统设计方法。对挂车的各个数据进行融合与处理,包括数据采集、限元定点、载荷谱处理、疲劳点提取以及辅助功能模块;判别用户身份,设置用户登录模块、数据管理模块、挂车载荷谱管理和雨流计数模块以及疲劳寿命预测模块,赋予多个模块的自动化属性,实现挂车疲劳寿命自动化预测与预测信息的存储。实验结果表明,所提方法的预测结果与真实寿命吻合程度高,预测效果较好,实际应用效果得到保证。
Aiming at the problems of low coincidence between prediction and real life and poor prediction performance,a design method of automatic fatigue life prediction system for platform disinfection and sterilization trailer is proposed.Fusion and processing of various data of trailer,including data acquisition,finite element fixed point,load spectrum processing,fatigue point extraction and auxiliary function modules;Identify the user identity,set the user login module,data management module,trailer load spec-trum management and rain flow counting module and fatigue life prediction module,give the automation attributes of multiple modules,and realize the automatic prediction of trailer fatigue life and the storage of prediction information.The experimental re-sults show that the prediction results of the proposed method are in good agreement with the real life,the prediction effect is good,and the practical application effect is guaranteed.
