摘要
以提升医院工作效率和财务监管能力为目的,设计基于无线通信技术的医院信息管理系统。利用ZigBee无线射频芯片和RFD节点采集医院信息,将采集信息传输至显示设备后,在并行信息处理环境中,信息分析层采用改进聚类算法集成数据,并存储于数据库中,便于信息查询功能和应用服务层的门诊、住院、药品管理等功能顺利开展。实验结果表明:应用该系统后医院医嘱单调剂时间下降明显,在患者人数为40人时,医嘱单调剂时间仅为9 min左右;应用该系统第4个月之后,药品和账款的相符度保持在0.95左右。
In order to improve the work efficiency and financial supervision ability of the hospital,a hospital information management sys-tem based on wireless communication technology is designed.It uses ZigBee wireless RF chip and RFD node to collect hospital information.After transmitting the collected information to the display device,in the parallel information processing environ-ment,the information analysis layer uses the improved clustering algorithm to integrate data.It is stored in the database to facili-tate the smooth development of information query function and outpatient,inpatient,drug management and other functions of ap-plication service layer.The experimental results show that:after the application of the system,the adjustment time of doctor's or-der in the hospital decreases significantly.When the number of patients is 40,the adjustment time of doctor's order is only about 9 min;After the fourth month of application of the system,the consistency between drugs and accounts remained at about 0.95.
