摘要
由于传统的六氟化硫回收设备的自动运输方不能准确地计算回收时间,导致六氟化硫回收设备自动运输时间过长,为此设计一个苏通GIL(gas-insulatedtransmissionline,气体绝缘金属封闭输电线路的简称)管廊工程应急抢修中六氟化硫回收设备自动运输方法。对苏通GIL管廊工程应急抢修中六氟化硫回收设备自动运输方法,综合分析运输中的风险因素,并对回收时间及运输泄漏风险计算,在此基础上,设定自动运输流程,实现六氟化硫回收设备自动运输。实验结果表明,所研究的运输方法能有效地缩短运输时间,减少安全事故的发生次数,降低运输成本,满足设备自动运输方法设计的需求,具有一定的实际应用价值。
Because the traditional automatic transportation Party of SF 6 recovery equipment can not accurately calculate the recovery time,the automatic transportation time of SF 6 recovery equipment is too long.Therefore,an automatic transportation method of SF 6 re-covery equipment in emergency repair of Sutong GIL pipe gallery project is designed.For the automatic transportation method of sulfur hexafluoride recovery equipment in emergency repair of Sutong GIL pipe gallery project,the risk factors in transportation are comprehensively analyzed,and the recovery time and transportation leakage risk are calculated.On this basis,the automatic transportation process is set to realize the automatic transportation of sulfur hexafluoride recovery equipment.The experimental results show that the transportation method can effectively shorten the transportation time,reduce the number of safety accidents,reduce the transportation cost,meet the requirements of the design of automatic transportation method,and has a certain practical application value.
