摘要 针对大截面导体交流电阻测试要求电源容量高和波形失真小的特点,提出一种基于PA52型功率放大器的交流电流源。依据改进型Howland电流泵的工作原理和桥式电路驱动技术设计电源主电路,该电源主电路由压控电流源和耦合变压器两部分组成。根据负载呈感性的特点设计压控电流源的保护和补偿电路。采用功率放大器的并联和耦合变压器等措施实现交流电流输出能力的提升,并对耦合变压器进行设计。结合理论分析和性能测试,验证了噪声增益补偿、功率放大器的并联扩流和耦合变压器升流等关键技术的可行性。 Aiming at the characteristics of high power capacity and small waveform distortion in AC resistance testing of large cross-section conductor,an AC current supply based on PA52 power amplifier is proposed.According to the working principle of the improved Howland current pump and bridge circuit driving technology,the main circuit of power supply is designed,which is composed of voltage control current source and coupling transformer.The protection and compensation circuits are designed according to the characteristics of inductive load.The output capacity of AC current source is improved by means of parallel power amplifier and coupling transformer,and the coupling transformer is designed.Combined with the theoretical analysis and performance measurement,the feasibility of key technologies such as noise gain compensation,power amplifier parallel current expansion and coupling transformer rising current are verified.
