摘要
目的:探讨不同新鲜冰冻血浆延长制备时限制成的冷沉淀凝血因子的效能,监测不同时限制备对其Ⅷ因子(FⅧ)和纤维蛋白原(FIB)损耗的影响。方法:取400 mL全血,制备时间在4~10 h的新鲜冰冻血浆制成的冷沉淀凝血因子,随机抽检200袋冷沉淀凝血因子,分别检测冷沉淀凝血因子中的Ⅷ因子和FIB含量,对其合格率及损耗率进行统计分析。结果:三组冷沉淀凝血因子的Ⅷ因子和FIB含量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组冷沉淀制备前的基础值与制备后检测值损耗比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三组不同制备时间段制备的冷沉淀凝血因子质量符合国标要求,但Ⅷ因子和FIB含量随着制备时间的延长而下降,但Ⅷ因子下降幅度明显高于FIB。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of different cryoprecipitated coagulation factors during prolonged preparation of fresh frozen plasma,and to monitor the effects of factorⅧand FIB.Methods:From 400 mL of whole blood,the cryoprecipitated coagulation factor was prepared from fresh frozen plasma for 4~10 hours,and 200 bags of cryoprecipitated coagulation factor were randomly selected to detect factorⅧand FIB.FactorⅧand FIB were detected by cryoprecipitated coagulation factor prepared from fresh frozen plasma separated in three different time limits.Results:The contents of factorⅧand FIB of cold precipitation coagulation factor in the three groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The basic value of cold precipitation before preparation was statistically significant compared with the loss of detection value after preparation(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality of cold precipitated coagulation factors prepared in the three groups at different preparation time periods met the requirements of national standard,but the contents of factorⅧand FIB decreased with the extension of preparation time,and the decrease range of factorⅧwas significantly higher than that of FIB.
