摘要
目的为确保临床治疗的效果,对新鲜冰冻血浆经白细胞过滤后对凝血因子及血浆蛋白的影响进行研究。方法对白细胞过滤前后新鲜冰冻血浆凝血因子及血浆蛋白的活性进行测定。结果新鲜冰冻血浆白细胞过滤前后,PT、APTT、FIB、FⅤ:C、FⅧ:C都有明显改变(P<0.05),TP和ALB无改变(P>0.05)。结论白细胞过滤可使新鲜冰冻血浆凝血因子活性下降,但仍能保持在正常治疗水平之上,可以满足临床治疗的需要。
Objective To ensure the effectiveness of clinical treatment,to study the effects of fresh frozen plasma filtered by the white blood cells on plasma proteins and clotting factor.Methods Activity of coagulation factors of fresh frozen plasma and plasma proteins were measured respectively before and after filtration of the white blood cell.Results It had a significant change about PT、APTT、FIB、FⅤ：C、FⅧ：C of Fresh frozen plasma before and after leukocyte filtration（P0.05）.It had not significant change about TP and ALB（P0.05）.Conclusion Activity of Clotting factor of fresh frozen plasma decreased after leukocyte filtration,but it still remains above normal therapeutic levels,which can meet the need of clinical treatment.
