摘要
为提升修造船企业的挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)废气管控水平,在查阅有关资料并对修造船企业进行现场调研的基础上,分析修造船企业的生产工艺和VOCs产生与排放现状。以涂料在厂内的流转环节为线条,提出修造船企业VOCs防治工作的管控要点。研究认为:修造船企业的VOCs管控主要围绕涂料在厂内的流转环节,包括涂料进厂前管控其VOCs含量,进厂后密闭储运,使用时对VOCs“应收尽收”并保证治理设备的运维正常高效和排放达标,退场时减少无组织排放和妥善处置。
Ship building process and VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds)emission status in shipbuilding and repair yards are investigated on site.A wide range of documents are studied,too.The key measure to control VOCs emission is to monitor the paint for coating closely,whenever and wherever it exists the control should go.The acceptance inspection should check the VOCs content before the paint is allowed to come into the factory.The warehouse where paint is stored should be gas tight.and the gas recovery facility at coating sites should be highly efficient.
