摘要
[目的/意义]关键共性技术识别对后发国家突破技术跟踪模仿、实现自主创新、产业结构优化升级意义重大,如何全面准确识别关键共性技术成为企业和国家的重要战略议题。[方法/过程]提出一种融合技术社会影响力的关键共性技术识别框架,采用指标评估和网络分析相结合的方法,识别特定领域的关键共性技术。首先,基于专利标题和摘要文本信息,采用LDA模型提取技术隐含主题,以高概率技术主题为节点,主题间共现关系为连边,构建技术主题共现网;其次,从关联性、紧密性、价值性3个方面识别共性技术,随后使用技术关注度指标量化技术的社会影响力,结合技术主题领先性、重要性特征度量共性技术的关键性程度,进而全面准确地识别关键共性技术;最后,以人工智能领域为例验证提出的关键共性技术识别框架的可行性与有效性。[结果/结论]服务机器人技术及应用、语义理解技术、流程自动化技术等9项技术为人工智能领域的关键共性技术。融合技术社会影响力的关键共性技术识别框架能够有效提高识别的准确率,可推广应用于解决各领域的关键共性技术识别问题。
[Purpose/significance] The identification of key generic technology is of great significance for late-developing countries to track and imitate breakthrough technologies, realize independent innovation, and optimize and upgrade industrial structure.How to comprehensively and accurately identify key generic technology has become an important strategic issue for enterprises and countries.[Methods/process] This paper proposes a key generic technology identification framework that integrates the social influence of technology, which uses the combination of index evaluation and network analysis to identify the key generic technology in specific fields.Firstly, based on the patent title and abstract text information, the LDA model is used to extract the hidden topics of technology.Taking the high probability of technical topics as the node and the co-occurrence relationship between topics as the edge to build a technical topic co-occurrence network.Secondly, identify generic technologies from the three aspects of relevance, tightness and value, then use the technical attention index to quantify the social influence of technology, and measure the criticality of generic technologies in combination with the leading and important characteristics of technical topics, so as to comprehensively and accurately identify key generic technology.Finally, taking the field of artificial intelligence as an example to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of key generic technology identification framework proposed in this paper.[Result/conclusion] The results show that nine technologies such as service robot technology and application, semantic understanding technology and process automation technology are the key generic technologies in the field of artificial intelligence.The identification framework of key generic technologies integrating the social influence of technology can effectively improve the accuracy of identification, and can be popularized and applied to the identification of key generic technologies in various fields.
