摘要
继续医学教育一直是基层医疗长期可持续培养人才的重要方法。区域医疗联合体的形式,不仅加强了该区域内医务工作者的合作与交流,同时进一步推动了继续医学教育的远程发展,更促进了继续教育新的模式的形成。在远程信息系统的应用广泛的时代,越来越多的线上教学层出不穷,形成医联体内多元化的继续教育工作。这能够有效突破时空限制,显著推动医联体“医疗同质化、流程一体化”。重庆医科大学附属第一医院心电信息室暨重庆市心电图远程诊疗基地把远程会诊、远程教学、专家基层巡讲和培养进修医师等多种模式联合应用,不但一定程度地提高了基层医院心电图诊断医师的学习效率及诊断水平,更探索出了中心医院对该区域内基层医院继续教育长效机制的成功模式。
Continuing medical education has always been an important method for long-term sustainable training of talents in primary medical care.The form of regional medical alliance not only strengthened the cooperation and exchange of medical workers in the region,but also further promoted the distance development of continuing medical education,and promoted the formation of a new model of continuing medical education.In the era of extensive application of remote information system,more and more online teaching emerges one after another,forming diversified continuing education work in medical alliance.This can effectively break through the limitations of time and space,and significantly promote the"medical homogeneity and process integration"of medical alliances.Electrocardiogram Information Room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University and Chongqing Electrocardiogram Remote Diagnosis and Treatment Base combined application of various modes,such as remote consultation,remote teaching,experts'basic tour and training of advanced doctors,not only improved the learning efficiency and diagnostic level of electrocardiogram diagnostic doctors in primary hospitals to a certain extent.It also explores the successful model of long-term mechanism of continuing education for primary hospitals in the region.
