摘要
2021年,《国务院办公厅关于推动公立医院高质量发展的意见》提出,构建公立医院高质量发展新体系,为患者提供一体化、全过程的医疗卫生服务。当前,多种形式的双向转诊研究与实践在国内广泛开展,但双向转诊的实施仍存在发展不充分、地区不平衡的问题,协调性有待提升。文章以深圳市为例,总结医疗联合体模式下双向转诊的运行现状,对存在的问题进行分析并提出建议,为进一步完善我国双向转诊制度提供参考。
In 2021,the national policy document on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Public Hospitals points out that constructing a new high-quality development system of public hospitals to provide integrated and whole-process medical and health services for patients.At present,various forms of dual-way referral research and practice have been widely carried out throughout the country.But the implementation of dual-way referral in China has the characteristics of insufficient development and regional imbalance,and the coordination needs to be further improved.Taking Shenzhen as an example,it summarizes the operation status of dual-way referral under the medical alliance mode,discusses the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions so as to provide a reference for further improvement of dual-way referral system in China.
