摘要
城乡教育一体化是义务教育均衡发展的重要手段和终极目标,是评价义务教育均衡发展的测度标准和基本尺度。从不同理论视角多元探讨城乡教育一体化发展内涵的丰富性和影响因素的复杂性问题,进而梳理、丰富城乡教育一体化发展的理论支撑。从共生理论视角窥探城乡教育一体化进程中所面临的共生意识不强、共生资源短缺、共生环境薄弱、共生关系断裂的发展困局,是一种有益的理念融通,因而从系统性予以考量理念的革新、环境的优化和体制机制的完善,需要政府、学校、家庭和社会各方普遍树立城乡教育共生理念、优化城乡教育共生环境、建立城乡教育共生机制。
The integration of urban and rural education is an important means and ultimate goal of the balanced development of compulsory education.It is the measurement standard and basic scale to evaluate the balanced development of compulsory education.From different theoretical perspectives,this paper discusses the richness of the connotation and the complexity of influencing factors of the development of urban-rural education integration,and then combs and enriches the theoretical support of the development of urban-rural education integration.From the perspective of symbiosis theory,exploring the development dilemma of weak symbiosis consciousness,shortage of Symbiotic Resources,weak symbiotic environment and broken symbiotic relationship in the process of urban-rural education integration is a useful idea integration.Therefore,considering systematically,the innovation of ideas,the optimization of environment and the improvement of system and mechanism need the government,schools,families and society to generally establish the concept of urban-rural education symbiosis Optimize the symbiotic environment of urban and rural education and establish a symbiotic mechanism of urban and rural education.
