摘要
公共卫生突发事件频发,给国家和人民生命财产带来了严重威胁,有效应对高校公共卫生突发事件是社会治理的一项重点内容。而在疫情防控常态化下,高校师生能否采取相关措施做好防范工作,有效应对公共卫生突发事件,成为打赢疫情防控攻坚战、保障高校安全稳定的重中之重。从治理角度出发,对我国目前高校公共卫生突发事件进行概念界定、现状分析,提出加强统筹规划、制定应急预案、增加物资储备、扩大应急队伍建设等应对路径,保障高校师生身体健康和生命安全。
The frequent occurrence of public health emergencies has brought serious threats to the life and property of the country and the people.Effectively responding to public health emergencies in colleges and universities is a key content of social governance.Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,whether teachers and students in colleges and universities can take relevant measures to do a good job in preventive work and effectively respond to public health emergencies has become the top priority to win the battle of epidemic prevention and control and ensure the safety and stability of colleges and universities.From the perspective of governance,this paper defines the concept and analyzes the current situation of public health emergencies in colleges and universities in my country,and proposes ways to strengthen overall planning,formulate emergency plans,increase material reserves,and expand emergency team construction,so as to ensure the health of college teachers and students’life safety.
