学习感知视角下慕课学习支持服务满意度模型实证研究 被引量:2

An Empirical Research on MOOC Learning Support Satisfaction Model from the Perspective of Learning Perception

摘要 在线学习支持服务质量是影响慕课学习效果的重要因素。以优化慕课设计,提升在线学习持续性为目的,基于学习者感知视角及学习支持服务要素,构建形成慕课学习支持服务满意度模型。以“‘互联网+’教学设计与实践”慕课为例,探究慕课学习支持服务满意度影响因素。研究表明,慕课学习感知服务价值和服务满意度水平显著影响继续学习意愿;感知服务价值显著影响感知服务质量,二者同时影响学习支持服务满意度,且感知服务质量影响作用更大;慕课学习期望显著影响感知服务价值和感知服务质量,但对感知服务价值影响更大。在此基础上,结合慕课学习支持服务有效设计提出相关建议,以通过提升服务满意度促进慕课学习持续性提升并最终改善学习效果。 The quality of online learning support service is an important factor affecting the learning effect of MOOC.In order to optimize MOOC design and improve the sustainability of online learning,a MOOC learning support service satisfaction model is constructed based on learners’perception perspective and learning support service elements.Taking“Internet plus”Teaching Design and Practice as an example,this paper explores the influencing factors of satisfaction of learning support services in MOOC.The research shows that the perceived service value and service satisfaction level of MOOC learning significantly affect the willingness to continue learning;perceived service value significantly affects perceived service quality,both affect learning support service satisfaction,and perceived service quality has a greater impact;learners’learning expectation has a significant impact on perceived service value and perceived service quality,but it has a greater impact on perceived service value.On this basis,combined with the effective design of MOOC learning support service,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the continuous improvement of MOOC learning and finally improve the learning effect by improving service satisfaction.
