摘要
为提高控制性详细规划等片区规划编制中用地强度与路网规划的协调性,本文基于交通供给与需求之间的约束关系,通过构建归一化用地强度、路网支干比等新指标,运用路网消散能力计算方法,建立基于路网承载力的归一化用地强度协调性评估模型。模型结果显示,增加路网密度能够显著地提升用地强度的上限;提高支路在路网中的占比,对路网交通效率的负面影响相对较小。文章以广州市主城区六处典型片区为例,验证模型的有效性和指导性,为探索和推广“窄马路、密路网”道路布局理念提供理论支撑和工具支持,有助于用地开发方案的科学决策。
In order to enhance the compatibility of land use intensity and road network planning in the formulation of regional planning such as controlled detailed planning,new indicators such as normalized land use intensity and road network branch-to-trunk ratio are constructed based on the constraint relationship between traffic supply and demand.In addition,a calculation method of road network dissipation capacity and a compatibility evaluation model for normalized land use intensity based on the carrying capacity of r oad netw ork are established.The model r esults show that inc reasing the density of the road network can significantly increase the upper limit of the land use intensity,while increasing the proportion of branch roads in the road network has a r elatively gentle negative impact on the tr affic efficiency of the r oad netw ork.Taking 6 typical districts in the main urban area of Guangzhou as examples,the validity and guidance of the model are verified.The model provides theoretical and empirical supports for the exploration and promotion of the road layout concept of"narrow road and dense network",and helps to support scientific decision-making of land development plans.
