摘要
从系统最优的角度出发,将路网看作非线性的、随机开放的、多起迄点的复杂系统,给出在特定的交通需求分布以及适当的路网拥挤标准下路网容量的最优算法。提出了在交通小区的土地利用情况相对比较稳定、已知预测交通量生成特定OD矩阵分布的情况下,通过对道路设置不同迂回率标准来确定路网合适容量的方法。
Beginning from the aspect of the whole system optimization,the network is looked upon as non-linear,random on-limits complex system with many start-point and end-point and the calculation method of the network capacity optimization is given under the condition of the special traffic demand distribution and the proper network congestion standard.Suppose that the land use of all the traffic districts investigated is relatively stable and the future OD matrix formed by the predictive traffic capacity is given,the proper capacity of the network can be settled by setting different criterion of the circuity probability.
