摘要
本文运用POE理论,采取问卷调查、实地观察等方法对昆明市七彩云南第壹城片区常规公共交通进行了综合评价,对乘客使用满意度作了量化测算,并针对存在的问题和不足从规划调度、设施建设等方面提出了具体的优化策略,为同类城市中心区公共交通评价及优化改善提供了新的方法和有益参考。
Using POE theory,this paper makes a compre-hensive evaluation of the conventional public transport in the First City of Colorful Yunnan in Kunming by means of questionnaire and field observation,makes a quantitative calculation of passenger use satisfaction,and makes a plan and dispatching according to the existing problems and deficiencies.Specific optimization strategies are put for-ward in terms of facility construction,which provides a new method and useful reference for the evaluation,optimiza-tion and improvement of public transport in central areas of cities.
