摘要
近年来,在城市化建设过程中,将工厂改造为艺术创意园区的步伐加快。使用后评价可以为今后的同类型建筑提供设计与改造的依据和基础。笔者以昆明智库空间为例,通过访谈、观察及问卷调查的方式描述了该地使用者的活动概况,以人群行为轨迹法及问卷调查法罗列出对该地的分析结果,找出智库空间使用中存在的问题,并提出空间改进策略。
In recent years,in the process of urbanization,the pace of transforming factories into arts and creative parks has accelerated.Through the evaluation after use,it can provide the basis and foundation for the design and renovation of the same type of building design in the future.Taking Zhiku space as an example,the author described the activity summary of the users in the area through interviews,observations and questionnaires,and listed the analysis of the place with the crowd behavior trajectory method and questionnaire survey method.Identify problems that arise in the use of think tank space,and propose space improvement strategies.
