摘要
涂胶、叠合过程是芳纶蜂窝制造的第一步,通过把控原材料的重要性能能够有效保障芳纶蜂窝的节点强度、压缩强度、剪切强度等。本文综述了影响芳纶蜂窝涂胶过程和力学性能的主要原材料,并分析了芯条胶和芳纶纸的关键参数及影响,为芳纶蜂窝涂胶过程的原材料把控提供了理论依据。
The first step in aramid honeycomb production is glue spreading and lamination process.Controlling the key properties of the raw materials can effectively ensure node strength,compression strength,and shear strength of aramid honeycomb.This paper summarizes main raw materials affecting glue spreading process and mechanical properties of aramid honeycomb,analyzes key parameters and effects of core strip adhesive and aramid paper,and provides theoretical basis for the control of raw materials in aramid honeycomb glue spreading process.
