芳纶电气绝缘非织造材料的开发及其应用

摘要 为了研制绝缘性能好、强力高和可以替代进口的绝缘材料,开发了一种新型芳纶电气绝缘非织造材料.采用复合法生产技术,利用高压水刺法辅助以在线绝缘涂层整理,最终成功开发出强度、厚度和绝缘性能达到高标准要求的芳纶非织造绝缘材料.并对材料的机械和电气性能进行了测试,结果表明:新型芳纶非织造材料集绝缘、阻燃、耐高温、化学性能稳定、高强度于一体,是电气绝缘材料的更新换代产品. In order to develop insulating material of good insulation and higher strength to replace the imported products, a new kind of Nomex nonwoven insulation material was developed. Composite technology was used in the developing process, hydro entanglement method was selected to bond Nomex fibers and assisted in coating high temperature resistant resin in line. And the material' s mechanical and electrical properties were tested. The results show that the new Nomex nonwoven insulating material synthesizes insulation, fire resistance, chemical stability, high temperature resistance and high strength together. It is an upgrading product for the electrical insulating material now used.
