摘要
质量是科技期刊的生命线,编校是保证科技期刊质量的关键环节,编校质量是影响科技期刊发展的重要因素。然而,编校质量往往受到作者和原稿、录入和排版、编辑和校对等多种因素的影响。该文阐述了编辑加工和校对在科技期刊出版流程中的重要性,结合编校实践列举编校过程中的常见差错问题,分析了影响编校质量的因素及其产生的原因,提出了增强编校责任意识,建立强有力的编校团队;坚持“三校一读”制度,创新编校方法和工作模式;强化计算机、网络技术在科技期刊出版中的应用;加强出版制度建设,建立健全激励机制等方面的对策,以期为提升科技期刊的编校质量和工作效率提供借鉴和参考。
Quality is the lifeline of sci-tech journals,and editing and proofreading are the key links to ensure the quality of sci-tech journals.The editing and proofreading quality is an important factor affecting the development of sci-tech journals.However,the editing and proofreading quality is often influenced by a variety of factors,such as authorship and manuscript,typing-in and typesetting,editing and proofreading.This paper expounds the importance of editing and proofreading in the process of publishing sci-tech journals,enumerates the common mistakes in the practices of editing and proofreading,analyzes the factors that affect the editing and proofreading quality and the causes,and proposes some practices,such as to intensify the editing and proofreadingresponsibility consciousness and build a strong team of editing and proofreading adhering to the system of“three-time proofreading and one-time reading”,to innovate the editing and proofreading method and working mode,to strengthen the application of computer and network technologies in the publication of sci-tech journals,as well as the institutional improvement and establish and perfect the incentive mechanism and other countermeasures,in order to provide references for promoting the editing and proofreading quality of sci-tech journals and work efficiency.
