摘要
编辑质量是期刊质量的重要组成部分,是期刊发展的重要影响因素。受编辑部的人员配置、制度建设及编辑个人的能力、责任心和认识等因素影响,部分学术期刊的编校质量不容乐观。采取配足人员、加强制度建设、提升编辑能力和责任心等有针对性的对策,能有效提高学术期刊的编校质量。
The quality of editing and proofreading is an important part of the quality of journals and a key factor affecting the development of journals.The editing and proofreading quality of academic journals is not optimistic,because it is affected by some factors,such as the staffing and institutional construction of editorial department,the ability,responsibility and awareness of editors.Some countermeasures must be taken to effectively improve the editing and proofreading quality of academic journals,such as meeting the needs of staff,strengthening the system construction,improving the ability,responsibility and awareness of editors,and so on.
