摘要
目的 系统评价黄芪及其复方在辅助常规降糖药治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)中的作用。方法 在PubMed、CNKI数据库上检索2000年1月—2020年12月发表的关于临床使用黄芪及其复方辅助常规降糖药治疗T2DM的随机对照试验(RCT)的文献,利用Revman 5.3和R语言进行Meta分析。结果 与对照组相比,黄芪及其复方辅助常规降糖药可降低T2DM患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h-PG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、三酰甘油(TG),并且不会增加不良反应发生率,其加权均数差值(WMD)和95%的可信区间(CI)分别为-0.86(-1.06,-0.66,P<0.000 01)、-1.19(-1.35,-1.02,P<0.000 01)、-0.56(-0.72,-0.40,P<0.000 01),-0.54(-0.76,-0.33,P<0.000 01)、-0.30(-0.50,-0.10,P=0.003)、0.76(0.53,1.08,P=0.13)。结论 黄芪及其复方辅助常规降糖药比单用常规降糖药对改善2型糖尿病患者的血糖(FPG、2 h-PG、HbA1c)、血脂(TCHO、TG)作用更佳,可以在临床上更加广泛地使用。
Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of astragalus and its prescriptions combined with conventional hypoglycemic for diabetes mellitus type 2 (T2DM).Methods We searched the PubMed and CNKI databases to identify randomized controlled trials (RCT) published from January 2000 to December 2020,and compared the effectiveness of astragalus and its prescriptions combined with conventional hypoglycemic for T2DM.Meta-analysis was performed with Revman 5.3 and R language.Results Compared with the control group,astragalus and its prescriptions combined with conventional antidiabetic agents greatly reduced the level of fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose (2 h-PG),glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c),total cholesterol (TCHO) and triacylglycerol (TG).Astragalus did not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.The weighted mean difference (WMD) and 95% confidence interval (95%CI) were-0.86 (-1.06,-0.66,P<0.000 01),-1.19 (-1.35,-1.02,P<0.000 01),-0.56 (-0.72,-0.40,P<0.000 01),-0.54 (-0.76,-0.33,P<0.000 01),-0.30 (-0.50,-0.10,P=0.003),and 0.76 (0.53,1.08,P=0.13) respectively.Conclusion The combined use of astragalus with conventional hypoglycemic can effectively improve the blood glucose (FPG,2 h-PG,and HbA1c),and blood lipid levels (TCHO and TG) than conventional hypoglycemic alone.
